Before using Teams for a meeting or call we recommended checking your audio and video settings.
To do this selecting your profile picture in the top right and then selecting Setting
Select Devices
Here you can make sure you have the correct audio devices selected and make a test call
You can also check your video settings here
Hi, I have earphones with a mic that work fine with Skype and Zoom -- but Teams does not recognise this device. Any advice? I cannot come to campus to collect a headset.

How do you check your device settings/make a test call on a mac using the online version of Teams? I have clicked on my profile pic as above, and then 'settings' but the 'devices' option does not appear.

my status on Teams seems to be stuck on away and I cannot change it to available. I am in not a meetings and I am signed in to all other MS app that show that I am available. How can this be resolved please
