Staff Password Change - Off Campus via StaffPass

Before your password expires please set your secret questions and answers. This will allow you to reset your password off campus easily.

To set these up visit staffpass.ntu.ac.uk and enter your username and the code shown on the website.

Select My Question and Answers Profile

Enter your NTU password and select Next

Here you must choose from the selection of questions and enter your own

Select Next when done. The next time you go to reset your password you will be prompted to answer these questions.

You can then reset your password by selecting Go to Home Page 

Then choose Reset my password

If you forget the answers to your questions please email your NTU start date and username to [e-mail] and we will supply you with a code to reset your password and security questions. 

If you are on an NTU laptop and you have reset your password using this method connect to Pulse Secure on your NTU laptop. 

Windows will then be prompted to lock and unlock your laptop with the new password.
